We're looking for an experienced A&R Manager to discover and develop new talent for our label.

Responsibilities
- Scout and discover new musical talent across various genres
- Evaluate demo submissions and live performances
- Negotiate contracts and manage artist relationships
- Oversee artist development and creative direction
- Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in A&R or music industry
- Strong network of industry contacts and relationships
- Excellent ear for music and understanding of market trends
- Experience with contract negotiation and artist management
- Passion for discovering and developing new talent
