Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for assigned artists
- Develop and execute career strategies and plans
- Coordinate recording sessions, tours, and promotional activities
- Handle contract negotiations and business affairs
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in artist management or music industry
- Strong network of industry contacts
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Understanding of music business, contracts, and royalties
- Passion for artist development and career building
